2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the initial subscription date or renewal date, provided that:

  • The account has not exceeded 10% of the monthly usage limits
  • No significant voice processing has been completed
  • The refund request is submitted through our official support channels

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription fees are eligible for a prorated refund if requested within 30 days of the initial subscription date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The account has not exceeded 20% of the annual usage allocation
  • The refund amount will be calculated based on unused months
  • A processing fee of $25 may apply for annual subscription refunds

3. Usage-Based Services

3.1 Pay-Per-Use Credits

Unused credits purchased for pay-per-use services are eligible for refund under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevented service usage
  • Accidental purchases reported within 24 hours
  • Service disruptions lasting more than 48 hours

3.2 API Usage

API usage charges are generally non-refundable once processing has begun. However, refunds may be considered for:

  • Billing errors or technical glitches
  • Service failures resulting in incomplete processing
  • Unauthorized usage due to security breaches (with proper documentation)

4. Custom Voice Model Training

Fees for custom voice model training are subject to specific refund terms:

  • 50% refund available if training fails due to technical issues on our end
  • No refund available once training is successfully completed
  • Partial refund may be available if training is cancelled before completion

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed voice synthesis or cloning services
  • Downloaded audio files or generated content
  • Services used in violation of our Terms of Use
  • Subscription renewals beyond the specified refund periods
  • Third-party service fees or payment processing charges
